The Isipho HIV/AIDS centre cares for Aids orphans & vulnerable children in our local town, Paterson, Eastern Cape, South Africa (near Port Elizabeth).  It also provides support & education to those living with the HIV virus.

Money raised and government funds also enable the purchase of clothes for the children which are given as Christmas presents.  Presents such as toys and toiletries are given at Christmas to those who do not get clothes or uniforms.

It is all too easy to forget how much we take fundamental things like food and clothing for granted, so over the past year, several managers at the club have been collecting old and unused kit and sending it on to the ISIPHO programme. As you can see from the photos they sent back, the kit has been put to good use. It’s nice to know that a small amount of effort in our lives can make such a big difference in others. Well done to all involved.
